Our weekend immersive offers you the opportunity to pause, reflect, and actively work on your wellbeing—mentally, emotionally, and professionally. You'll gain practical tools for self-care, learn strategies to reduce stress, and begin developing your own sustainable wellness plan.

The program is grounded in evidence-based approaches and led by doctors and professionals who truly understand the demands of the medical field and the complex times we live and work in.

It’s built on strategies you can take home and integrate into both your personal and professional life—helping to restore balance, and inspire new ways of working and living.

from $1750 if you stay on site

Sage Manor the venue, has 8 accommodation options on site or you can stay locally and join us each day.
